What do I do about this sickness?

I was told I have bronchitis. I did have that at first, but the symptoms are getting worse and worse to the point where I can hardly stand them. I am even having trouble just typing this. I took an Ibuprofen and an Advil and neither helped at all. I feel like im going to p out, everytime i cough, my head throbs, and i am aching all over. I have extreme pressure against my throught and chest and I have periods of time that last about 15 seconds when I cannot breathe. I'm not able to get to the doctor or anything right now. I have no idea what to do. Please tell me what I should do. Thanks.
