Should it be paddded, or left as it is?

Going on from a previous question, "should a guy wear a bra for at least one day of his life?" My friend handed me a 38dd bra and said that every guy should wear a bra for at least one day of his life. Consensus seemed to suggest I give it a try. Now my question is, given that i'm doing this to aid understanding of what it's like for women, should it be padded or left as it is? Presumably unpadded would be best as girls don't pad theirs. And i'm planning to just wear normal guy clothes otherwise, perhaps a thick jumper to hide any weird lumps! (feel free to speak up and say this is a bad idea still.)
