What will happen if Obama win's the election but before the electoral college meets he's declared ineligible?

Obama Will not be able to serve as president if he can't be proved a citizen. It is a constitutional requirement. If He is disqualified I suspect if it is before the election the Democrats will have to put up another candidate. If it is after the election and the democrats win the constitution specifies that if for any reason he cannot serve then the vice presidential candidate becomes president and the speaker of the house becomes Vice president. It is a situation that has never come up before. It shouldn't be coming up now, he also can't be a senator if he is not a citizen. Someone should have asked the question before now. It is not a frivolous lawsuit if it were it would have already been dismissed in federal court instead he has been ordered to come up with a birth certificate. If he does it will be dismissed.
