I need democracy country's blog's website......?

I have to say one thing,guys,i am a Chinese,but,i longing democracy,you know,what i mean is,i know,my gov is dictate,what i mean is,dictatorship,you know,i have tried open a blog in ifeng.....ok,let me explain that,ifeng is a.....you know,at least,i doubt that,what i mean is,ifeng is a Hongkong media....i said i doubt that,just because i have tried to open a blog in ifeng,but,when i mention...ok,maybe my english is poor,like mentioned....my gov is a dictate country something like that,you know,my blog just disappear......what i mean is disappear.....i can not find them till now.....so,that is why i doubt ifeng is a Hongkong media,i think it is just a my gov's flunky something like that,i do not know how to say,like flunky,what i mean is,i won't write blog at that website,you know when i talk about politics,my....i do not know how to say...like article will disappear....what i mean is,Phoenix Satellite TV....what i mean is that Hongkong "media"....ok,maybe my translation is not very accurate...what i mean is,i just want to write my blog without harment,i mean that is why i ask you guys....is there any other westen country's blog website?....thanks....
