I want to get toned and thin?
I'm 5'5, 154lbs and I'm not on any diet but do eat healthy 3 meals a day with 2 snacks in between and i workout 5 to 6 times a day for 30 minutes to an hour depending on what kind of workout I do. My question is, why am I not losing the weight as quickly as I thought I would by exercising and eating right. When I was doing the atkins diet I lost the weight so quickly yes I gained it back within two years, however, with exercising and eating right i dont see any results. I've been doing this for about a month now and only lost 5 pounds, I dont feel any thinner and I'm getting frustrated and I want to throw in the towel and just give up. My bf is doing the same routine as me and he's losing the weight and getting toned and its noticeable. What can I do to not give up.
