Can I use an External Style Sheet in a Wiki?

I am a moderator on the Scroll Wars wiki: http://wiki.scrollwars.com and am trying to figure out a way to use a style sheet for the world maps that will store the color information of the map. Is there a way to create an external style sheet to use for these pages?
