Please help me...i think im a bad person?

So I'm usually the one evyone comes to ask for help and advice but i think im being a bad friend. My friend dated this guy or a long time off and on but we've all been friends for a very long time. So recently they broke off all contact completly aqnd one day, he and I just started talking. He asked me out but Ididnt give huim an answer. We've been talking for about 2-3 now and we're getting closer. Well since I first met him I've actually though about me and him because we seemed so compatible but I never would have acted on it. He said the asme thing to me one dfay. He was like I thought about dating you and I've though it would be pretty great. I want to kno AM I A TERRIBLE PERSON..... i feel that i kinda suck for felling this way. (On top of that the friends I'm possibly hurtinh is my cousin)
