Strep? Cold? Bronchitis? what is this?

For the past three days I've had the worst sore throat I think i've ever had. It hurts to swallow, sneeze, and cough. I also am having bad headaches and earaches. My ears feel full. I'm congested. My chest hurts and i've been having to use my inhaler constantly because its gotten harder to breath. I also am having body aches. I don't have a fever. So what is this?
