yes you should.I don't know about other religions but in my religion you have to be obedient to your mother even if she follows another one.I have to make her happy ,support her financially and stands with her .I have to say the nicest words to her even if she swears at me.My voice should be calm and low when I speak with her.I should not steer at her or look her angrily in the eye.She is the only one who deserves your true love.
