If my renter cancels the lease I signed do I get my damage deposit back?

And she says I have until the 15th, we signed a 3 month lease. And now she says I have until the 10th, I already gave her half the rent which is $250 CAD, so if she wants me out by the 10th, how much more money do I get back?
