I've had kids before but it hasnt hurt this bad?

i had twins two years ago my mom says i need to get a life but any way now im 15 and im pregnant again but this time my stomach hurts alot worse then last time i have a constant pressure felling on pubic area and my lower back hurts like h*** my boy friend says its just part of being pregnant is he right
