Good thing you will burn it fast cause your young, just eat less, and less sugars, eat good proteins, like eggs, chicken, tuna, little red meat, Salads and work out at least 30 min..a day...you will stay off from lots of breads, and candy and junk foods...the key is to make this a life long commitment...eat fruits, too..and plenty of water..too...stay away from soda...not good...
