Dry patches on my leg, sholder and now neck? no color or itch.?

whats happened to me a couple weeks ago) i got large (like yours) spots of lightish flakyish skin around my body and then over night it spread through out my whole stomache and back it was terrible. but when it finally went away i got left with discoloration on my skin, but to get rid of any dryness i exfoliated with sugar and strawberrys then used a normal lotion after, worked well but i still have discoloration
